There are many great resources out there to help you take charge of your health. I believe knowledge is power – the more you know about nutrition, the better choices you will make. No more sticking your head in the sand! Ignorance is not bliss, it causes disease and general poor health. Resolve to start reading through some of this information on a regular basis; know what you are doing to your body every time you eat and every time you move.
